What’s planned?

Neobiota are plants or animals that are not originally native to us. Due to climate change, neobiota in the KLAR! Region play a role, whether negative or positive impact. In order to create even more awareness of the topic, an innovative approach is chosen: “When neobiota multiply too much, sometimes only a good idea helps. Let’s just eat them up.” Diverse neobiota are not as inedible as you might think: rainbow trout, coypu, Himalayan balsam or signal crayfish. A neobiota day of action is being organized for 2023 under the motto “plucking, plucking and feasting”.
